As a Customer or potential Customer, please review and
become familiar with these documents.
| Service Agreement
We require all of our Customers to
submit and comply by the Orionseed Co., Service
Agreement. This Agreements specifically details and
outline the Scope of Services, Payment Terms,
Representations and Warranties, Terms of
Use, and other important information. As a new
Customer, you will be
required to return to us an original signed copy of
this Agreements, so you
should review them carefully. time to time you
may wish to review the Virtual Hosting Service
Agreement. It is provided below for your convenience

Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP")
All
Resellers and their customers are expected to fully
comply with all terms and conditions of the Orionseed
Co., Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). Failure to do so may
result in immediate disablement and/or termination of
your accounts. We also provide an Unsolicited
E-mail Policy ("UEP") to complement the AUP.
